FR Le comité directeur de la 31è édition des Journées Cinématographiques de Carthage a décidé d'une nouvelle date du festival. Les JCC se tiendront finalement du 18 au 23 décembre 2020.
Le comité directeur des JCC reconsidère ainsi la situation de la crise sanitaire liée au coronavirus qui devrait connaître un pic entre la fin du mois d'octobre et le début du mois de novembre, soit exactement durant la période prévue du festival. Rendez-vous est donc pris en décembre.
