FR Hajooj Kuka, le réalisateur soudanais a été libéré ainsi que quatre autres artistes. C'est le producteur sud-africain Steven Markovitz qui annonce la bonne nouvelle. " La solidarité mondiale a vraiment fait une différence. Il y a les six artistes restants du groupe qui sont toujours en prison, ils ont été emprisonnés une semaine après le groupe de cinq, ils ont également fait appel. Nous devons maintenir la pression pour qu’ils soient libérés et les nombreux autres qui ont été emprisonnés" a écrit Steven Markovitz sur son compte Facebook.
En rappel, Hajooj a intégré cette année l'Académie des Oscars. Il est le réalisateur des films à succès Beats of the Antonov et AKasha. Hajooj Kuka avait été arrêté avec quatre autre artistes de son pays, le 17 septembre dernier.
