FR "Traverser" a traversé le continent africain pour aller en Europe et remporter le GRAND PRIX JANINE BAZIN à la 35è édition du festival international du film de Belfort. Le jury a décerné ce prix au film documentaire du jeune réalisateur ivoirien Joël Akafou pour la justesse de son propos, la maîtrise de sa construction narrative, la distance exacte maintenue vis-à-vis de son sujet et sa profonde humanité. Le GRAND PRIX JANINE BAZIN est doté par la Ville de Belfort en France.

EN "Traverser" crossed the African continent to reach Europe and win the Big Prize JANINE BAZIN at the 35th edition of the Belfort International Film Festival. The jury awarded the documentary film by young Ivorian director Joël Akafou for the accuracy of his words, the mastery of his narrative, the exact distance maintained from his subject and his deep humanity. The Big Prize JANINE BAZIN is endowed by the City of Belfort in France.
