FR Le Festival Régional et International du Cinéma de Guadeloupe rend hommage à la journaliste et productrice Osange Silou Kieffer. Décédée le 1er avril 2020, Osange fut également directrice de la rédaction à Invariance Noire, une agence de presse. Pendant toute sa vie, elle a travaillé à donner un coup d’éclat aux cinémas créole et d’Afrique.
Un hommage lui sera rendu lors de la cérémonie d’ouverture et une conférence aura lieu le vendredi 29 janvier 2021 en visioconférence animée par sa fille et marraine du festival Canelle Kieffer.
EN The Regional and International Film Festival of Guadeloupe pays tribute to journalist and producer Osange Silou Kieffer. She passed away on April 1, 2020, Osange was also the managing editor at Invariance Noire, a news agency. Throughout her life, she worked to give a boost to Creole and African cinemas.
A tribute will be paid to her during the opening ceremony and a conference will be held on Friday January 29, 2021 by videoconference hosted by her daughter Canelle Kieffer, sponsor of the festival.
