FR La 27è édition du FESPACO se profile à l'horizon. A quatre mois du festival, le comité d'organisation a mis au grand jour le visuel ce lundi 21 juin. Ce visuel porte la griffe d'un artiste plasticien burkinabè, Christophe Sawadogo, avec la participation d'Elysée Saré, un graphiste burkinabè vivant aux Etats-Unis. Christophe Sawadogo dit s'être inspiré de l'épopée de la princesse Yennenga, en associant l'image de la reine Guimbi Ouattara et celle d'une artiste contemporaine, Sami Rama.
La 27ème édition se tiendra du 16 au 23 octobre 2021 sous le thème " Cinémas d'Afrique et de la Diaspora : nouveaux regards, nouveaux défis".
EN The 27th edition of FESPACO is looming on the horizon. Four months before the festival, the organizing committee show the visual up on Monday, June 21. This visual is made by a Burkinabè artist Christophe Sawadogo with the participation of Elysée Saré, a Burkinabè graphic designer living in the United States. Christophe Sawadogo says he was inspired by the epic of Princess Yennenga, by associating the image of Queen Guimbi Ouattara and that of a contemporary artist Sami Rama.
The 27th edition will be held from October 16 to 23, 2021 under the theme "Cinemas of Africa and the Diaspora: new views, new challenges".
