FR La cérémonie de Gala de la 7ème édition des Trophées Francophones du Cinéma se déroulera le samedi 04 décembre 2021 à Kigali. Cette manifestation annuelle et itinérante, organisée par l’Association des Trophées Francophones du Cinéma (ATFCiné), a pour objectifs d’encourager la diversité et la liberté de création dans l’espace francophone, d’attirer l’attention des publics sur ces cinémas, et d’y stimuler l’industrie afin de soutenir l’émergence d’une nouvelle génération de cinéastes.
Au total 27 films dont 10 longs métrages de fiction, 5 longs métrages documentaires et 5 courts métrages en provenance de 16 pays (Arménie, Belgique, Bulgarie, Burkina Faso, Canada –Québec, RD Congo, Côte d’Ivoire, France, Haïti, Liban, Luxembourg, Maroc, Rwanda, Sénégal, Suisse et Tunisie) sont en lice pour le 2ème tour de votes pour désigner les talents et films lauréats. Le Loup d’or de Balolé d’Aïcha Boro (Burkina Faso), La Nuit des rois de Philippe Lacôte (Côte d’Ivoire), La Miséricorde de la jungle de Joël Karekezi (Rwanda) figurent parmi les films en compétition.

EN The Gala Ceremony for the 7th edition of the Francophone Cinema Trophies will take place in Kigali on Saturday, December 4, 2021. This annual touring event, promoted by the Association des Trophées Francophones du Cinéma (ATFCiné), aims to encourage diversity and freedom of creation in the French-speaking world; to draw the attention of the public to these cinemas, and to stimulate the emergence of a new generation of filmmakers in the industry.
In total, 27 films including 10 feature films, 5 feature documentaries and 5 short films from 16 countries (Armenia, Belgium, Bulgaria, Burkina Faso, Canada / Quebec, DR Congo, Ivory Coast, France, Haiti, Lebanon , Luxembourg, Morocco, Rwanda, Senegal, Switzerland and Tunisia) are in the running for the 2nd round of votes towards selecting the winning talents and films. Le Loup d’or de Balolé by Aïcha Boro (Burkina Faso), Night of the Kings by Philippe Lacôte (Côte d’Ivoire), The Mercy of the Jungle by Joël Karekezi (Rwanda) are among the films in competition.
